Important things to note when completing your application

Voice recordings: If you are applying for one of our voice positions whether its inbound customer support or outbound appointment setting, we need a voice recording.  You can find the script by clicking on the Script button in the right hand column, which you can read and record and then upload.  If you are struggling at any point to upload your recording, you are welcome to speak to one of our recruitment agents who will assist you with doing a recording at our offices.  

Headshot,  use a headshot that you would use on your LinkedIn page.  Professional with minimal filters. Once again we can assist you with this at our office if you are struggling. You can see an example of a good headshot by clicking on the button in the right hand column.
