We recruit
What we staff

Whatever the role, we fill it with
people who stay

Take one service or combine several. Every role is filled from the same pool of 3,800 pre-screened people, working inside your systems and answering as your brand.

The usual route
We recruit to your brief

Tell us the role, the skills and the salary you have in mind. We search, screen and shortlist from our talent pool, then you interview and choose.

The other route
You bring the person

Already found someone you want to employ in South Africa? Send them across with the terms you have agreed and we employ them for you. They can be working inside 5 to 10 days.

What we carry

We are the legal employer, so the employment side sits with us

A named South African entity holds the employment contract. No company registration, no local bank account and no entity setup on your side.

The employment contract

A named South African entity employs your hire on a compliant local contract.

The monthly payroll run

We run payroll every month and your employee is paid accurately and on time.

Tax and statutory contributions

PAYE, UIF and SDL are calculated, deducted and paid over to the authorities by us.

Labour law compliance

We hold the employment relationship in line with the BCEA and the LRA.

Leave and benefits administration

Annual, sick and family leave and statutory benefits are administered and tracked on your behalf.

Office space and equipment

Desk space at our Somerset West facility and full equipment are there whenever you want them.

How EOR is billed
A flat EOR fee, plus the full employment cost.

Two lines on one invoice, every month. You see exactly what your person costs and exactly what we charge to employ them, with nothing bundled and nothing hidden.

Outsourcing works differently, on one all-in hourly rate. Compare the two models.

Our EOR fee, agreed up front and unchanged month to month
Flat fee
Salary and statutory contributions, passed through in full
Employment cost
From signed terms to your person working
5 to 6 days
No registration, no local bank account, no setup
No entity
Which one do you need

EOR, or a full team?

These are two different products and people mix them up constantly. The simplest way to choose is to ask who is managing the work day to day.

Common use cases

Most clients come to us for one of these, then grow the team once it works.

Why South Africa

Hire the skills you need in a market built for it

Take one service or combine several. Every role is filled from the same pool of 3,800 pre-screened people, working inside your systems and answering as your brand.

A deep professional talent pool

South Africa produces developers, accountants, analysts, marketers and project managers trained to Western standards. We hold 3,800 pre-screened people, so your brief starts with real candidates rather than a search from scratch.

Working days that line up

The South African timezone matches the UK working day and overlaps the US one. Your hire is online when your team is, so work moves in real time instead of overnight.

Senior skills, sensible cost

South African living costs let us pay developers, analysts and managers generously by local standards while your total cost stays well below what the same person would cost you in London or New York.

People who stay

Most of this industry loses a third of its people a year. We lose about 7%.

Your hire is employed properly, paid above the local norm and supported by a real HR team. That is why people stay. The person you train in month one is still with you in year two, still knows your product and still knows your customers. You get to build on the hire instead of repeating it.

Good questions

Before you ask

What is an Employer of Record, in plain terms?

We become the legal employer of your South African team member. A named South African entity holds the employment contract and handles payroll, tax and compliance. You direct their work, set their KPIs and manage their performance, exactly as you would with your own staff.

We do, and that is the normal route. Tell us the role, the skills and the salary you have in mind, and we search, screen and shortlist from our talent pool for you to interview. If you have already found someone yourself, we employ them for you instead and everything from there is identical.

A flat EOR fee plus the full employment cost, shown as two lines on one invoice each month.

5 to 10 days from agreed terms. There is no company registration, no local bank account and no entity setup on your side.

The employment contract, the monthly payroll run, PAYE, UIF and SDL, BCEA and LRA compliance, and leave and statutory benefits administration. Office space at our Somerset West facility and full equipment are available whenever you want them.

Who manages the people. With Employer of Record you manage them and we employ them. With outsourcing we do both, and you buy an outcome on one all-in hourly rate.

One step

Tell us who you want to hire. Leave with a plan.

Tell us the role and the salary you have in mind, and we will come back with candidates and a full cost.
